1. Wear resistance.

3. The function of fatigue and cracking

In the process of stamping, the long-term effect of periodic pressure usually leads to fatigue cracking. The method has small energy repeated impact fatigue crack, tensile fatigue crack, contact fatigue crack and winding fatigue crack. The fatigue differentiation function of mould depends on its strength, tolerance, hardness and content of its contents.

4. High temperature effect

When the temperature of stamping parts is very high, the hardness and strength will decrease, resulting in the wear of the mold or plastic deformation. Therefore, the mold data should have high temperature stability to ensure that the mold has high hardness and strength at operating temperature.

5. Cold and heat exhaustion function.

Under the condition of processing and cooling of stamping parts, there are some molds in the process of operation, which make the influence of the external tension, pressure and stress of the cavity, cause the appearance and loss of cracks, add conflict, prevent plastic deformation, reduce the measurement accuracy, and then lead to die failure. Cold and heat failure is one of the main methods of the failure of the hot die, which should have higher function of heat exhaustion and fatigue.

6. Corrosion resistance of
