First of all, these basic technologies need to make breakthroughs in domestic universities and research institutions, and then enterprises apply them to product development, so as to truly form an industrial chain with close combination of production, learning, research and use. But at present, many colleges and universities are more keen on the application research which can achieve quick results, and ignore the basic research, which also restricts the development of application research.

(3) Develop together with supporting enterprises.

At present, the main components used in CNC system in China are imported from abroad, but it is difficult to obtain product information and some in-depth technical data from the supplier. However, foreign system manufacturers maintain strategic cooperation with some mainstream device suppliers, and they will get more technical support from suppliers. At the beginning of product design, we can know the reliability data of main components. After theoretical calculation, we can get the reliability data of products. Therefore, the relationship between CNC system manufacturers and supporting enterprises, even between system and machine tool manufacturers, should be changed from simple business relationship to further strategic cooperation relationship. The new control theory is helpful to the mechanical design, and the new machine tool structure puts forward new requirements to the control system, so as to develop together.
